Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1999 (Second Session), the Justice Administration Amendment
(1999) Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 2 to 4, 9 to 12, 14 to 18 and 20 to 22 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1999 (Second Session), the Justice Administration Amendment
(1999) Act, come into force on and not before April 1, 2000.
