Order in Council 838/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Goulbourn, City of Ottawa, in the Province of Ontario, being part of Lots 13 & 14, Concession 11, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Parts 6 and 7 on Reference Plan 4R-17796 ( MTO Plan P-1696-99) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Ottawa-Carleton, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. , 1990,
