Order in Council 1460/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Athena LaCarte of Kirkland Lake be appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
