An Act to amend The Victims of Interpersonal Violence Act (Assented to December 4, 2025) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Cyberstalking and Coercive Control Act. SS 1994, c V-6.02,

section amended Clause 2(e.1) of The Victims of Interpersonal Violence Act is amended: (

a) by striking out “or” after subclause (vi); and (

b) by adding the following after subclause (vii): “(viii) conduct that constitutes a pattern of coercive or controlling behaviour; or “(ix) cyberstalking or online harassment”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent. 2025
