c) of the Licensing and Equipment Regu- lations is repealed.

(2) Section 3(1) of the regulations is amended by adding immediately after subsection (2) the following:

c) the following: (c.1) a vehicle owned by the provincial government and under the control of an enforcement offi cer while engaged in enforce- ment of the Endangered Species Act , the Forestry Act, the Motorized Snow Vehicles and All-Terrain Vehicles Act , the Wild Life Act or regulations made under one of those stat- utes; (3) Paragraph 21(3)(
