OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated September 5, 2002, and pursuant to subsection 302(1) of
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting commercial vehicle registration fees made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 89-502 dated May 2, 1989, by striking out "37 000-38 000" in
Section 4 and substituting "37 001-38 000".
