Order in Council 1172/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act ,

Michael Fox of Thunder Bay

be reappointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years, commencing the date this Order in Council is made.
