OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated May 3, 2006, pursuant to Sections 16, 17 and 94 of
Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint R. John Furneaux of Waverley, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, a division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three years commencing May 12, 2006; (
b) fix the remuneration for R. John Furneaux at a rate of $150 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
