Order in Council 1032/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 425/2015 dated April 1, 2015 the position of Provincial Land and Development Facilitator was established;

And

Whereas the Order in Council provides that the Provincial Land and Development Facilitator shall be paid such remuneration as the Lieutenant Governor in Council may determine;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario to provide for the remuneration of persons who serve Her Majesty’s Government in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities, the following remuneration is determined

The Provincial Land and Development Facilitator shall be remunerated at the rate of $1200 for each day that he or she is engaged in the duties of Provincial Land and Development Facilitator, to a maximum of $280,800 annually.

The Provincial Land and Development Facilitator shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while discharging his or her duties in accordance with the Management Board of Cabinet Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive.

And further , Order in Council 1581/2017 is revoked.
