An Act to repeal The Hospitals Tax Act and respecting certain consequential amendments resulting from the repeal of that Act (Assented to June 30, 1992) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Hospitals Tax Repeal Act. S.S. 1989-90, c.H-10.1 repealed The Hospitals Tax Act is repealed. S.S. 1983, c.R-22.01 amended Subsection 47(1) of The Revenue and Financial Services Act is amended: (

a) by repealing subclause (a)(vi); (

b) by repealing subclause (e)(v.1); and (

c) by repealing subclause (g)(iv.2). Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent.
