OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 25, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Barbara-Ann Hinch, made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-32 dated February 2, 2000, while employed with the Black Educators Association of Nova Scotia; and (
b) appoint Barbara-Ann Hamilton-Hinch of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Dalhousie University.
