OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated June 1, 2006, and pursuant to clause 63(1)(
o) of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Community Colleges Act, is pleased to approve the tuition fees for the 2006-07 academic year referred to in the
schedule of tuition fees established by the Nova Scotia Community College for the 2006-07 academic year, set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
