OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated December 17, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 17 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, and to

Section 4 and subsection 5(1) of

Chapter 4 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased to appoint Christine McCulloch, Q.C. of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chief Electoral Officer, commencing December 19, 2003 until March 31, 2004.
