OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated September 27, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations, N.S. Reg 133/2001, made pursuant to

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board of Directors' decision to provide financial assistance to Oxford Frozen Foods Limited by way of a term loan in an amount not to exceed Five-Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated September 27, 2010; (

b) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board of Directors' decision to amend the terms of the financial assistance provided by Order in Council 2001-32 as amended by Order in Council 2005-364, to Oxford Frozen Foods Limited on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated September 27, 2010; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
