Section 7 of

Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code , is pleased to amend the General Labour Standards Code Regulations , N.S. Reg. 298/1990, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 90-1321 dated November 13, 1990, to increase paid domestic violence leave from three days to five days, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2025.
