B.C. Reg. 14/2018 , deposited February 19, 2018, under the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [section 269]. Regulation of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, dated February 19, 2018.

I, Sam MacLeod, Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, order that, effective March 1, 2018,

section 4 (1) (

b) of the Lien on Impounded Motor Vehicles Regulation, B.C. Reg. 25/2015, is repealed and the following substituted:

b) a fuel surcharge equal to 13% of the basic towing cost; .
