Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated April 11, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 135 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1891 (as amended),

An Act Respecting Acadia University , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Michael Trask as a member of Acadia University Board of Governors, effective April 24, 2018.
