Order in Council 835/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, Rodney Cook of Whitby be nominated for reappointment to the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, as the governor who is representative of Ontario, to hold office during pleasure for such term not exceeding two years.
