OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated March 6, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 213 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Housing Nova Scotia Act, is pleased to approve Housing Nova Scotia: (

a) entering into the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation-Nova Scotia IAH Amending Agreement, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, extending the term of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation-Nova Scotia Agreement for Investment in Affordable Housing (the "Agreement") to March 31, 2019; and (

b) entering into future amending agreements with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation which extend the term of the Agreement as long as there are no significant changes to the rest of the terms of the Agreement.
