B.C. Reg. 94/2018 , deposited May 15, 2018, under the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [section 35 (2)] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [section 26 (2)]. Order in Council 245/2018, approved and ordered May 15, 2018.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

Section 3.10 of

Schedule C of the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) in the definition of “orthosis” by adding the following paragraph:

(

p) a walking boot. , and

(

b) by repealing subsection (11) (e).

Appendix 2

Section 3.10 of

Schedule C of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) in the definition of “orthosis” by adding the following paragraph:

(
