Order in Council 1363/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 147(9) of the Community Safety and Policing Act , 2019, as amended,

Richard Stubbings of Niagara-On-The-Lake

be further reappointed as part-time Vice Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed eighteen months, effective from the later of February 1, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
