Order in Council 1879/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 14(1.1) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Mr. Fred Stulp of Ariss

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years effective July 22, 2017 to July 21, 2020.

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended,

Mr. Fred Stulp of Ariss

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of three years effective July 22, 2017 to July 21, 2020.
