OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 27, 2007, and pursuant to subsections 16(1), (2), (3) and (4),

Section 17 and subsections 94(1), (2) and (3) of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint George Hall as Alternate Management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a further term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2007; (

b) fix the remuneration of Mr. Hall at the rate of $150 per day for each day he attends as Alternate Management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

c) reappoint Michael Tynes as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a further term of three (3) years commencing April 28, 2007; (

d) fix the remuneration of Mr. Tynes at the rate of $150 per day for each day he attends as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
