OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Emergency Management dated August 19, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1990, the Emergency Management Act, and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Emergency Management to enter into an agreement with the Government of Canada, substantially in the form attached as

Schedule "A" to the Report and Recommendation, with such necessary modifications as the Minister of Emergency Management determines are necessary.
