B.C. Reg. 373/2010 , deposited December 17, 2010, pursuant to the ASSESSMENT ACT [Section 21]. Regulation of the British Columbia Assessment Authority, dated December 16, 2010.

The British Columbia Assessment Authority orders the following:

Section 2 of the Railway, Pipeline, Electric Power and Telecommunications Corporation Rights of Way Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 218/86, is amended by striking out " 2010 " and substituting " 2011 ".

Section 3 is amended in column 2 of the Table

(

a) by striking out " 6 698 " and substituting " 7 568 ";

(

b) by striking out " 237 " and substituting " 255 ";

(

c) by striking out " 4 145 " wherever it appears and substituting " 4 340 "; and

(

d) by striking out " 655 " and substituting " 778 ".
