Order in Council 678/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jane Speakman was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective June 1, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 733/2023;

And

whereas Jane Speakman tendered her resignation effective April 20, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 733/2023 be revoked effective April 20, 2024.
