On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act , as amended,
Chris Day of Ottawa
be reappointed as a member, and re-designated as Chair, of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority, effective August 29, 2022, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to extend beyond three years.
