On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 16(3) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sara Mintz of Toronto be appointed as alternate executive chair of Tribunals Ontario for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending August 25, 2024.
And further, Order in Council O.C. 1641/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
