The purpose of Development Regulations Amendment 24, 2003 is to add vehicle sales, office, take-out food services, medical and professional as discretionary uses in Light Industrial Zones, limit the combined floor area of all accessory buildings on each lot in Residential Zone to a maximum of 67m 2, to change the zoning of land on Lakeside Drive from Environmental Protection to Residential, to change the zoning of land on Route 430 from Environmental Protection to Recreation Open Space and to change the zoning of land on Airport Avenue Extension from Environmental Protection to Residential and Light Industrial to Environmental Protection.

The Deer Lake Municipal Plan Amendments Nos. 52, 53, and 54, 2003 and Development Regulations Amendment No. 24, 2003, come into effect on the day that this Notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
