OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated August 12, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after August 22, 2024, to approve the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of the Minister of Natural Resources Canada, concerning the development of flood hazard maps in Nova Scotia as part of the Municipal Flood Line Mapping Project through the Flood Hazard Identification and Mapping Program, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Memorandum.
