Statute: Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 11, 2026, and pursuant to

Section 29 of

Chapter 100 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act , is pleased to: (

a) convey Parcel F (PID 20431086) which is located at Ryland Avenue, Bible Hill and which is more particularly described in

Schedule “A” and shown outlined in bold in

Schedule “B”, both schedules attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board for the nominal consideration of $1.00; (

b) authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to make, execute and deliver a deed of conveyance in such form as the Attorney General determines; and (

c) authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
