OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated July 31, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to appoint Kimberley Brooks of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of four years commencing on September 30, 2013.
