OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 7, 2009, pursuant to
Section 25M of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective January 7, 2009, to: (
a) revoke the assignment of responsibility for the Emergency Management Office to the Honourable Carolyn Bolivar-Getson; and (
b) assign responsibility for the Emergency Management Office to the Honourable David Morse, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Emergency Management.
