OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 3, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 2005-57 dated February 11, 2005, with respect to the purchase of land at Mattie Settlement, Guysborough County, from the Municipality of the District of Guysborough, which did not take place.
