Order in Council 1311/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Jana-Rae Elizabeth Dewson, Barrister and Solicitor of Kenora, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective October 1, 2020 .
