Order in Council 704/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the designation as a King’s Highway described in Order in Council O.C. 1747/70 registered in the Land Registry Office for Registry Division of Durham as Hwy Plan 926 and shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1849-25, be revoked pursuant to

section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50 as amended.
