Order in Council 2153/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 820/2012, dated May 30, 2012, Dr. Paul J. Moroz was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario, subject to the condition that he remain ordinarily resident in Area Number 16;

And

Whereas Dr. Paul J. Moroz no longer ordinarily resides in Area Number 16, nullifying his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 820/2012, dated May 30, 2012, appointing Dr. Paul J. Moroz as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
