Order in Council 1797/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Myrna Francis of Toronto, who was appointed by O.C. 31/2020 as a member of the board of governors of the Ontario College of Art & Design University, has resigned her position;

Now therefore , pursuant to paragraph 5(1)(

b) of the Ontario College of Art & Design University Act, 2002 , Order in Council 31/2020 be revoked.
