OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated October 5, 2001, pursuant to Sections 6, 7 and 8 of
Chapter 49 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Business Development Corporation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointments of the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation (NSBDC) as of November 6, 2001: John Risley Myra Lee Plitt Jerome Yvonne Thyssen-Post Barry E. Bartlett Ken G. Anderson; (
b) approve of any two of the signing officers appointed by resolution of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated to execute documents for the purpose of carrying out the outstanding and transitional business of Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation.
