Order in Council 533/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1446/2018, dated December 12, 2018, Dr. Jayantha Chandrasiri Herath was appointed as a Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. Jayantha Chandrasiri Herath has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist for Ontario effective January 10, 2025;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the Coroners Act , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1446/2018 is hereby revoked effective the later of January 10, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
