On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Crown Land Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 177/2003, is amended as follows:

Schedule to

section 1 is amended by repealing item 25 and substituting the following:
