USE OF HIGHWAY AND RULES OF THE

ROAD AMENDMENT REGULATION

on June 2, 2014 pursuant to

section 18 of the Traffic Safety Act.

1 The Use of Highway and Rules of the Road Regulation

(AR 304/2002) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 5 is amended by adding "or subject to a bylaw made

by a municipality pursuant to

section 107(3) of the Act, " after

"section 107(2) of the Act,".

Section 6 is amended

(

a) by striking out "Where" and substituting "Subject to

section 107(2) of the Act, or subject to a bylaw made by a

municipality pursuant to

section 107(5) of the Act, where";

(

b) by adding "7 days a week" after "sunset".

1 The Family Support for Children with Disabilities

Regulation (AR 140/2004) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 8 is amended by striking out "June 30, 2014" and

substituting "June 30, 2019".

Marketing of Agricultural Products Act

ALBERTA PULSE GROWERS MARKETING AMENDMENT REGULATION

2014 and approved by the Agricultural Products Marketing Council on April 11, 2014

pursuant to

section 26 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act.

1 The Alberta Pulse Growers Marketing Regulation

(AR 129/99) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 10 is amended by renumbering it as

section

10(1) and by adding the following after subsection (1):

(2) A dealer shall notify the Commission if the business is sold,

transferred, assigned or otherwise disposed of within 30 days of the

sale, transfer, assignment or other disposal of the business.

Section 19 is repealed and the following is substituted:

Legal action

19 The Commission

(

a) may commence and maintain any legal action that is

necessary to enforce the payment of service charges that are

payable under the Plan and this Regulation, and

(

b) shall recover solicitor-client legal costs incurred with respect

to an action described in clause (a).

Section 22 is amended by striking out "June 30, 2014" and

substituting "June 30, 2019".

Marketing of Agricultural Products Act

ALFALFA SEED COMMISSION AMENDMENT REGULATION

For information only: Made by the Alfalfa Seed Commission on April 9, 2014 and

approved by the Agricultural Products Marketing Council on April 11, 2014 pursuant

section 26 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act.

1 The Alfalfa Seed Commission Regulation (AR 223/2009)

is amended by this Regulation.

Section 6(2)(

b) is repealed and the following is

substituted:

b) be received by the Commission at its office no later than

December 31 of the year in which the service charge was

deducted, and

Section 9 is amended by striking out "June 30, 2014" and

substituting "July 31, 2019".

processors" and substituting "dealers";

(

c) in clause (

g) by striking out "broker, packer, processor"

and substituting "dealer".

Section 4 is amended by striking out "June 30, 2014" and

substituting "June 30, 2024".
