An Act to Amend the Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods Act Loi modifiant la Loi visant à accroître la sécurité des communautés et des voisinages Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the Safer Communities and Neighbour- hoods Act,

chapter S-0.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2009, is repealed and the following is substituted: 1 L’article de la Loi visant à accroître la sécurité des communautés et des voisinages,

chapitre S-0.5 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2009, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui quit : 2 The Minister shall appoint a Director of Safer Com- munities and Neighbourhoods. 2 Le ministre nomme le directeur chargé de la sécurité des communautés et des voisinages. 2 Subsection 3(2) of the Act is repealed. 2 Le paragraphe 3(2) de la Loi est abrogé. 3 This Act or any provision of it comes into force on a day or days to be fixed by proclamation. 3 La présente loi ou l’une quelconque de ses disposi- tions entre en vigueur à la date ou aux dates fixées par proclamation. 1
