OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated December 8, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and to Sections 3 and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and to every other power and authority vested in the Governor in Council, is pleased: (

a) to amend paragraph (

i) of Order in Council 2001-523 by adding immediately after "the date of this Order", "save and excepting the lands described in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated December 8, 2004, which are hereby assigned and transferred as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated December 8, 2004, subject to existing leases, licences, agreements, registered mortgages, other encumbrances and easements to third parties, effective the date of this Order"; (

b) to determine that any two officers of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated shall be authorized to execute any deeds, documents, agreements, and other instruments or documents necessary to effect the above transfers.
