OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated January 27, 1998 and pursuant to subsections 4(1), (2) and (7) of

Chapter 117 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Dairy Commission Act, is pleased to reappoint William E. McLennan of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an independent member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Dairy Commission for a term of office of three months commencing February 1, 1998.
