B.C. Reg. 116/2014 , deposited June 23, 2014, under the BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2014 [section 120], the CARBON TAX ACT [section 84] and the MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT [section 71]. Order in Council 394/2014, approved and ordered June 20, 2014.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders as follows:

1 Sections 12 to 14, 29 and 36 to 38 of the Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2014 , S.B.C. 2014, c. 4, are brought into force.

2 Sections 37 and 38 of the Carbon Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 125/2008, are repealed.

3 Sections 5.3 and 5.4 of the Motor Fuel Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 414/85, are repealed.
