OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated September 26, 2000, pursuant to Sections 2 and 17 of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 98-101 dated March 10, 1998, by repealing paragraph (2) and substituting the following paragraph:

(2) Deposit to the credit of the Sydney Casino Profits First Nations Trust Fund fifty per cent (50%) of the cash available for distribution as referenced in

Section 4.1.4(6) of the Operating Contract among Metropolitan Entertainment Group, Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation and Sheraton International Inc.
