preamble of the Bill be amended by adding the following after the fourth paragraph: Il est proposé que le préambule du projet de loi soit amendé par adjonction, avant le dernier paragraphe, de ce qui suit : AND WHEREAS recognizing the Filipino Community will provide opportunities to educate the public about the contributions of the community and increase public awareness of their role in enhancing Manitoba; que reconnaître la communauté philippine offrira la possibilité d'informer le public sur l'apport de la communauté et de sensibiliser davantage la population sur le rôle des Philippins dans la création d'un meilleur Manitoba;
