Order in Council 1623/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 29(6) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, under the Public Service Pension Act , 1989,

Geraldine Markvoort, of the City of Toronto

be re-appointed as a member of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective February 2, 2020;

And pursuant to subsection 29(7) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, under the Public Service Pension Act, 1989,

Geraldine Markvoort, of the City of Toronto

be designated, effective February 2, 2020, as Chair of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term concurrent with her re-appointment as member of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board.
