OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Insurance Act dated November 15, 2005, pursuant to Sections 16B, 16C and 16E of

Chapter 231 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Nova Scotia Insurance Review Board, each for a term of three (3) years commencing December 9, 2005: Avvie Druker of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, and James Douglas Gunn of Ingonish Beach, Victoria County; (

b) determine the remuneration of Avvie Druker and James Douglas Gunn at the rate of $700 per day for each full day, pro-rated at the rate of $100 per hour for each partial day they necessarily attend as members of the Nova Scotia Insurance Review Board to the business of the board.
